Great work POLOS team. I would like to suggest that "Cause of Death" be added as a subdomain to Mortality.

Dear Lyn,
We agree that ‘cause of death’ is relevant information to collect in the long term. However, is it truly a subdomain? Or is it already an instrument? We could add it in the definition.
