Core Outcome Set Uptake (COS Uptake)

the degree to which a Core Outcome Set (COS) is adopted, implemented, and consistently used by researchers, clinicians, policymakers, and other stakeholders within a particular research area or clinical context. High uptake indicates that the COS is widely recognized and applied in study design, reporting, and decision-making, ensuring comparability and relevance of outcomes across trials and settings.
