I fully support the proposed CPPD Core Domain Sets, an excellent and methodologically robust initiative by the OMERACT CPPD Working Group.
This work provides a rigorous, patient-centered framework that will greatly enhance the consistency, comparability, and clinical relevance of CPPD research.
